April 2014 - Temple Pictures/Mara's Birthday

On Mara's birthday we got her all dressed up and drove out to the Timpanogos Temple to take pictures in her baptism dress.  It was so nice to be able to have 1 on 1 time with her.

April 12th marked Melody being 5 months old!

She is starting to get more chubby, loves to play with her siblings and cuddle with mom and dad.

On Sunday the 13th we celebrated Mara's birthday with my family.

Karri made her cake, like always.  I just love that she will make it look like whatever they want.

We also celebrated Mana's birthday.

Mara is starting to get into earrings, but refuses to get her ears pierced, 

even though I have told her that she is now old enough to do it.

She also got clothes and money.  This girl is SO LOVED.

April 2014 - Spring Break

One day while nursing Melody, Jaina wanted me to help her with something, but had no patience. But she was willing to wait for me, but in the waiting, she fell asleep on my bedroom floor.

It's so fun when babies start to do new things, like grabbing toys.

She's almost 5 months old.

Progress on the basement.

Drywall is complete: April 3rd.

Oh how I love baby snuggles, and so does Daddy.

Mara had her yearly shopping trip with Karri & Mana, they went to Color Me Mine.

The week of Spring Break we went to see Muppets Most Wanted with Pats family.

We also went to Hogle Zoo!!!

Here's most of the kids from that day, just missing Jaina and Melody.

After the Zoo we went to dinner at Red Robin in SLC to celebrate Mara's birthday with the family.

She got a HUGE piece of cake for free!

Now that Melody is grabbing toys, she is sucking on them too!

Her shirt says it all!

Mara wanted Rarity from Build A Bear for her birthday, so the two of us went to the mall and got her. She even added sound, got a new outfit and the Build A Bear closet.

Finally a nice place to put all the clothes for her animals.

April 2014 - Mara's 8th Birthday Party

Mara had her 8th Birthday party on April 4th, the Friday before Spring Break.

It was a Frozen theme that started with playing Freeze Tag in the backyard.

Next, the girls played Pin the Nose on Olaf.

Sawyer, Conli, Emma, Ashley, Mara, Addi, Sophie, & Livvy

Jaina had to be a part of the fun too.

Mara wanted blue and purple cupcakes.

Grandpa and Grandma brought their present too.

Karri & Mara cut out snowflakes for the party.

After games, cupcakes and presents, the girls watched Frozen and colored.

Mara had a great party and loved having all of her friends there. 

She even had Conli & Sawyer sleep over to continue the party.
