Disneyland 2012 Day 1

Wow! I did it again. I am a year behind.

It's time to get caught up.

In October of 2012, we (all the adults in the Ramey family) planned a combined family trip to Disneyland, but kept it a secret from ALL the kids!!!  It was quite a task, but it paid off tremendously!!  The kids didn't even know their cousins were there until they saw them in the park. It was great!!!

 

My mom drove with us, and the rest of the family drove in at different times and met up separately. We were the last to arrive. 

 

 

When the kids saw each other they ran through a crowd of people to hug each other!! 

 

 

Our first order of business was 'the Ariel ride' as per Mara. 

 

It was a great payoff to be in Disneyland ALL together. 

 

Karri got lanyards and pins for the kids, so they could trade and start their own collections. 

 

Mara was trying to be brave as we attempted Goofy's Sky School, but to no avail. She and I got off and waited for the rest of the family.  

 

What do we do when the rest of the family is on a roller coaster??

I got to go on Radiator Springs Racers with my big kids!
