We had a neighbor that ordered rocks for their garden and they had a ton left over
and offered them to us! We were so excited because we were able to fill up the
remaining space in the front of the house. We have been able to get rock
for the triangle and the front garden area for less than $20! It's been great!
It's nice to know that when summer starts, Jaina was able to sleep in.
It's a rare thing, so we enjoy it when we can.
June 2nd: Jaina lost her first tooth!!
It was very traumatic because Pat had to pull it. She was so nervous
and scared that it was a really frustrating situation. Sadly we had to
hold her down while she screamed to get it out. She's has the adult
teeth coming in behind these front two and they have become
wedged in and stopped wiggling. We're just happy that the first
one is finally out! Now to work on the second one.
Noah had a basketball game at Payson High School and we were able to go and cheer him on!
We got new jammies for Melody that happened to match Jaina's.
They we both excited to wear Supergirl jammies!!
It was finally time to go to Seven Peaks for the first time of the summer!
We love being able to play during the summer as a family.
We got Melody this Puddle Jumper to wear in the pool. She
hated it and was really mad that we made her float on her own.
Xander has grown so tall that it's awkward for him to sleep
in the car, but he's at least found a spot for his head.
Mana had her tree cut down!!!
It's so weird to see the house without the pine tree, but it makes mom happy.
We had a hot dog picnic in the backyard to enjoy the nice day.
Pat and I have been able to see movies at night after Jaina and Melody go to bed, Xander
and Mara stay up to 'babysit'. So we went to see the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Mara and I were going to a bridal shower up in Provo and we decided to drive by
Grandma Joan's house. It was so pretty and blue and the fence to the backyard was gone.
I really wanted to see the inside, but no one was home. Maybe next time.
Jaina has such a unique sense of style and I love it!
Melody has discovered her backpack and likes to wear it all over the house.
We were at Grandma & Grandpa's house and got a picture of these boys, tallest to shortest, with Pat
being funny. It's so crazy that at 12 years old, Xander is just as tall as his cousins that are 17 & 15!
Addi is officially taller than Grandma now too.
Melody wanted to take a walk one day and find leaves. She really likes being outside.
I love catching those sweet moments when the kids get along.
Melody likes to snuggle up with Xander and I love it!!
Melody was so proud that she put her socks and sandals on all by herself!
